Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at urgentic.ai (the "Site") and the urgentic autonomous security operations platform (the "Service"), provided by Security Summit Ltd, trading as urgentic ("urgentic", "we", "us") — a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16489802, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. By accessing the Site or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. The service

urgentic provides an AI-agent-based platform that ingests security alerts from a customer's connected sources (such as Microsoft Sentinel) and produces automated investigation, enrichment, and reporting output. Specific features, capacity, and support levels are governed by the subscription plan set out on our Pricing page or in a separately signed order form or master services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to process data you do not have the legal right to process;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models or source code of the Service;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • Use the Service in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.

5. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the terms agreed at signup or in an order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly agreed in writing. We may suspend access for non-payment following reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

urgentic retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its underlying software, models, and documentation. Customers retain all right, title, and interest in the data they submit to the Service. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either party's intellectual property to the other.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same degree of care it uses for its own confidential information of a similar nature, and no less than reasonable care.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except as expressly stated in a signed order form or master services agreement, urgentic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, urgentic's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the notice period set out in the applicable order form. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for a material breach of these Terms, including the acceptable use provisions above.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and, where required, by direct notice to active customers.
