Company

Early, and honest about it.

We are not going to show you a wall of logos we do not have. Here is exactly where urgentic stands today.

The questions you would ask anyway

  1. How long has this been running in production?

Twelve months, continuously, inside customer environments. Not a pilot, not a lab build, and not a demo tenant we reset between meetings.

  2. Who is actually using it?

Businesses in telecommunications and financial services, live today. We do not publish a customer count or a logo wall — at our age both would be padding. Ask on the call and we will be specific about what is comparable to you.

  3. Has anything gone wrong on your watch?

No major security incident has occurred in an environment urgentic protects. That is a shorter record than an incumbent can point to, and we would rather state its length than dress it up.

  4. Are you certified?

Today: GDPR compliant, HIPAA ready, Cyber Essentials Plus. SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 are both in progress and neither is finished. If a certification is a hard requirement for you right now, we are not there yet.

  5. How long does it take to get going?

About three business days from decision to running. It reads from the tools you already have — Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR natively, 200+ others besides — so there is no rip-and-replace and nothing new to deploy into your estate.
